This Sales and Refunds Policy governs all transactions with DENDROCORP VENTURES LLC ("Company"). By purchasing our services, you agree to this Policy.

 

1. Nature of Services

We provide digital, creative, and marketing services. Due to the customized and intangible nature of these services, all sales are subject to this Policy.

 

2. Service Engagement

All services are defined in a Proposal, Statement of Work (SOW), or Service Agreement.

 

3. Payment Terms

All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Work will not begin until payment is received. Clients are responsible for any transaction or processing fees.

 

4. No-Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable, except as stated below.

 

5. 24-Hour Exception

A full refund may be requested within 24 hours only if no work has started and no resources have been allocated.

 

6. Work Commencement

Work is considered started when planning, strategy, communication, or resource allocation begins.

 

7. Client Delays

Delays over 14 days may result in suspension. Delays over 30 days may be considered abandonment. No refunds apply.

 

8. Project Cancellation

Clients may cancel anytime, but payments remain non-refundable. The Company may terminate services for non-payment or misconduct.

 

9. Chargebacks

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without contacting us. Chargebacks result in suspension, loss of deliverables, and possible legal action.

 

10. Scope Changes

Work outside agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately.

 

11. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee timelines or results. Delays may occur due to client or third-party issues.

 

12. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel suspicious transactions.

 

13. Policy Updates

We may update this Policy at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
