These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by DENDROCORP VENTURES LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Services

We provide digital marketing, branding, design, audiovisual production, and related services. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in separate agreements (Proposal, SOW, or Contract).

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement.

 

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and ensure that all materials you provide do not violate laws or third-party rights.

 

4. Payments

All payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payments are non-refundable after 24 hours as outlined in our Refund Policy.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All materials remain Company property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives rights to final deliverables. Source files are not included unless agreed.

 

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information.

 

7. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party platforms or services used in project execution.

 

8. Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without guarantees of specific results.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

 

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the Company from claims arising from your use of services or provided content.

 

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for violations, non-payment, or misconduct.

 

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.

 

14. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, and binding arbitration in New Jersey.

 

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

 

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and any agreements constitute the full agreement between parties.
